Job DescriptionAs IT Customer Support Technician, you will process and resolve IT Customer Support incidents, service requests, and tickets in Europe. You will report to the regional IT Customer Support Manager.Your main missions will be the following : Record incident and service request tickets, and document the resolutionsPerform Incident & Service Request TRIAGE, moving all regional tickets to correct support queues within SLAResolve tickets within terms of SLAPerform technical assistance (installation of computers, printers, desk & mobile phones, including office relocations)Provide support to a wide range of employees including VIP ExecutivesProvide support to local on-site and remotely located customersQualificationsMinimum 2 years IT general experienceDegree preferredLocal Language required, English language - Upper-IntermediateKnowledge of Windows and MAC-based personal computersExcellent communication skills with a deep sense of customer support professionalismAbility to deliver a professional attitude in person, on the telephone, and in written communications
