You will direct the team with a clear set of requirements to determine what can be delivered through balancing the need for new features, defects, and technical debt. As a IT Product Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for: Configure and design QMS System to support business requirements Work with the functional and technical stakeholders to test and implement changesUnderstand and maintain the QMS product, being accountable for the product by knowing how it worksAssessing designs, identifying gaps and reporting quality/compliance concerns as well as taking immediate corrective actionPresenting and training internal customers as well as opportunities to the product management teamTaking responsibility for future enhancement requests while ensuring interfacing with other Baker Hughes strategic toolsFuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:Have a good understanding of multi-tier applications (Web, application, batch, messaging, REST, webservices) and how the operateHave demonstrable experience in configuration of QMS tools and processes and/or product management for horizontal digital toolsHave good problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to assimilate new information and complex topicsHave experience in wing to wing software development life cycleWork in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
