In order to remain at the forefront of innovation, we need skilled and determined people that deliver results.We are seeking a team member for IT Service Desk Support who is focused on world-class technology.Core Responsibilities Troubleshoot and perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applicationsTicket logging, handling phone, chat and web forms contacts in ITSM tool (Service Now) Ticket resolving, diagnose and troubleshooting of incidents issues (1-st line user support)Proactively communicate and inform IT users about the status of their request and if necessary, coordinate with other teams and 2-nd level support involved according to the urgency of the requestProvide user support primarily for Client Hardware, Windows System (7 and 10), software and Office O365 environment to gain high level of user satisfactionWork with Microsoft Active Directory to manage user IDs and troubleshoot issuesExpanding knowledge by learning appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organizationIdentify any repeatable problems or issues that can get addressed systematically or Via Process/Procedure or TrainingMaintain inventory/assetsDocument problem solution and continuous maintenance of internal knowledge database Qualifications and Skills Information Technology (or related) school diploma or equivalent experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, team playerExperience working in service organization – working with end users would be a useful asset. Strong customer-service skillsEnglish and German knowledge (written and spoken)Valid driver’s license B
