We are looking for an IT Site Manager, who will oversee all operational tasks related to the site such as meeting rooms, team movement, inventory management, procurement, ensuring a proper Support Service Quality of IT Services at the site and will plan, lead and be involved in all IT related tasks for the site. Your natural ability to be resourceful is essential as you will continuously look for opportunities to make improvements and deliver value for the organization as a whole. You will be working together with the Global IT team as well as with other functional teams like the People and Global offices team to ensure proper on-boarding and off-boarding processes are followed. You will be the central point of contact for all IT related questions. Your daily adventures will include: Managing processes for the IT team to ensure that all IT products and services meet or exceed committed service level agreements and responding to service issues and/or requests in a timely manner Assist employees with computer setup, encryption, hardware change/upgrade Performing all the tasks of an IT technician On-site support to end-users ( hardware and software ) Manage local infrastructure ( networks, Audio/Video, etc. ) Actively identify potential improvements Support local events We are looking for: At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role/environment Precision and process-oriented, organized Creative & resourceful, tech-savvy, able to find workarounds Enjoy helping your colleagues, kind but also assertive Exceptional communication skills in English (spoken and written) Ability to work well in teams, to cooperate and communicate with individuals and stakeholders from various backgrounds and hierarchical levels You will get extra credits for: If you have previous experience with managing tools like: Okta, Jamf, Atlassian, Zoom, Google Workspace Why you’ll love it here: Your daily duties will have a meaningful impact on millions of people all over the world.
