Candidate should be comfortable in working in a remote environment. Main requirements As IT Specialist you are expected to … Participate in IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services Automate manual tasks related to maintenance of our IT systems Monitor systems’ performance and costs. Make recommendations for improving IT infrastructure Monitor, prevent and resolve incidents across the systems and assets Work closely with DevOps team to optimize workflows Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software Ensure security of data, continuity of network access and effective backup systems Maintain the registrar of domains, DNS implementations, renewals, and SSLs Handle invoices and payments for all company IT services Assist in installing and configuring hardware and software components for our employees Troubleshoot hardware and software issues  Success in this role means... You help us make our onboarding and offboarding procedures safe and scalable You creating easy to follow processes You automate those processes to reduce the amount of manual work You are able to help colleagues in tech-related issues  Requirements:  2+ years of experience working as an IT Specialist of similar position Good command of both spoken and written English Team player with excellent communication skills Experience with creating and maintaining Active Directory Domain Controllers Experience with Microsoft Windows server/desktop technologies and Microsoft 365 Cloud Good understanding of IT infrastructure in Azure Cloud Strong drive towards automation Available to work in UTC – 2 time zone specific
