You will have the ability to deliver outstanding customer support, build and develop systems and processes within a dynamic enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Support 8x8 Enterprise Infrastructure systems, platforms and services across multiple technical domains including:
- End-user devices (PC, Macs, MDM), user process and productivity tools
- Support physical networking infrastructure (switches, routers, wireless access points)
- Maintain corporate systems and on premises applications
- Resolve or assist in the resolution of faults on a face to face basis with our user population, both locally or remotely
- Conscientiously and diligently record all incidents and activities to resolve on the ITSM tool
- Conduct and present root cause analysis of incidents as appropriate
- Lead projects and provide support and training
- Develop trusted relationships with internal teams, technical personnel and executives to provide a personalized customer experience
- Manage laptop builds, installations and device wiping, AV set-up and maintenance of equipment
- Inventory and Asset management
- Identify new solutions to improve existing services and processes
- Create documentation, knowledge articles and deliver training for peers and end users
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year IT support experience in a professional environment
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira
- Good analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Strong customer centric approach
- Network infrastructure support (Cisco, Palo Alto, Wireless)
- Maintain VMware environment
- Experience of Active Directory administration and Group Policy
- Okta Administration or G-Suite
- Experience of supporting Mac OS
- Experience of supporting Audio / Visual conferencing systems
- Ability to manage own workload
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Team player with a positive attitude
Nice to have
- CCNA (Desirable)
- ITIL Foundation Certificate
- Technical qualifications (e.g. Comptia A+, MCP / MCSE)
- AHM setup and troubleshooting
- AD Management / Desktop Management and patching
- WiFi installation and configuration
- AWS design, create, deploy and manage
- PowerShell and JavaScript to automate processes
- LDAP, Active Directory, and Okta experience
- Atlassian administration experience (Jira, Confluence, etc)
