We are looking for a problem-solving IT Tester (middle entry) with a critical eye, some imagination, a lot of patience, super-attention to detail and passion for high quality.
Testing is key to any successful website or app ready to be launched into space. It is also a big responsibility that ensures our clients are happy with what we delivered for them: high-end web solutions that can have a major impact on businesses and people.
So, if you’re also a believer that a digital product needs to be carefully tested and verified according to the client’s expectations and quality standards before going live and change the world, we want you in the eJump team.
On a regular day, you would be:
- Acting like the „virtual client” – to understand each client’s needs and make sure you verify that every solution we send is in line with the expectations expressed by them.
- Reviewing and evaluating project specifications.
- Assessing the project through manual & automated testing
- Testing all final pages on all devices (iPad, iPhone, Android phone/ tablet etc.) and all browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari).
- Reporting and documenting bugs or technical issues to the development team.
- Developing manuals/tutorials/use cases for websites or apps, if requested.
Here are some of the things we’re looking for:
- Experience in IT testing and project management
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Advanced knowledge of UI / UX
- Analytical mind and structured in your thinking
- Great communication & written English language skills
- Display strong organizational skills in their work (estimates, documentation, etc.)
- Hard to get bored with so many repetitive test cases – duh!
- Autonomy is much appreciated – you will learn when it’s time to get into action and make wonders with the projects!
