We’re focused on opportunity and want to help you make the most of yours.Achieve your ambitions – join us at JLL!Duties and responsibilities:FinancialsDevelop connections with Europe Region site teams in each in-scope market to establish a working relationship to obtain all required documentation.Submit PR requests or post GRs in Coupa for Europe Region sites in each in-scope market, ensuring all supporting documentation are included.Responsible for the entire procure-to-pay process, from PR submission to PO approval, sending to suppliers, GR posting, payment on time.Actuals Administration in SAP (actuals posting, missing data follow up, troubleshooting: investigate & resolve any invoicing queries).Maintain the annual POs - review for overspends, mis-posting, submit change requests as necessary.Monitor monthly/quarterly spend against budget & report to Europe Coupa & Compliance SPOC for further reviews with Clients’ Finance Stakeholders.Prepare necessary data for Annual Budget Setting exercise with Clients’ Finance Stakeholders.Prepare & supply relevant data for year-end accruals in line with Clients’ Policy, when applicable.Perform detailed budget analysis and work in collaboration with regional or global Client counterparts for procure-to-pay root-cause analysis.Supplier ManagementGain & demonstrate knowledge of agreements between Client Purchasing and suppliers.Report any supplier service gaps in procure-to-pay process in the centralized data base.Identify billing simplification opportunities and work with suppliers / Client to reduce volume of invoices.ComplianceSupport internal Client Controlled Self-Assessment / audits on procure-to-pay performance.Ensure all Client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Policies are adhered to and propose updates when needed, including but not limited to: PO after the invoice, proof-of-delivery documentation, cost reasonability checks.Additional responsibilitiesProvide support to Europe Coupa & Compliance SPOC for data & analytic requests.Work collaboratively and seamlessly with JLL site teams.Point of contact for all Europe JLL procure-to-pay related queries.Key Performance measuresAdherence to all Client procure-to-pay standardsAll POs requested in time, including all needed supporting documentationBudgets/forecast accuracyReporting RequirementsIndividual performance results. Annual Customer Satisfaction SurveyAdditional Client Survey resultsInternal JLL and Client Auditing ProgrammesKey CompetenciesThe candidate must be able to work independently, success driven, with a focus on achieving both personal and team goals.The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, contractors and the client.Demonstrable experience in similar role.Must be quality focused, with a strong drive to deliver services with excellence and to seek continuous improvement and innovation.The successful candidate must have an aptitude for data & figures, an understanding of working with budgets and a working knowledge of Coupa, SAP & MS excel.Full professional proficiency in English and Italian.
