Junior Brand Manager OTCReporting to the Brand Manager, the Junior Brand Manager supports the implementation of winning marketing strategies for a local brand, ensuring sales value & profit growth, and growing market share.The role involves strong communication skills, project management, an analytical mindset with action-driven behavior. Ability to work closely with internal & external stakeholders.The role of the individual is to support the activation & execution of the strategy with excellence. Leading own projects, working closely with agencies, and tracking and controlling an allocated A&P budget. A key part of the role will be close cooperation with the Brand Manager to ensure flawless execution of the strategy & plans.In this role you will...Support the execution of the yearly brand activity plan in line with area strategies in order to deliver brand targets;Closely monitor market and competition performance, prepare market analysis with the support of the brand manager;Track closely the brand A&P budget and ensure spending is fully under control;Own the “superuser” knowledge of IQVIA and Nielsen database.
