(Junior) Finance Manager in Bucuresti

We're looking for a motivated and driven Junior Finance Manager who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.Your Tasks – Paint the world green You are responsible for all accounting activities of FlixBus in Romania (accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, etc.) and will be reporting directly to the Regional Head of FinanceYou support external accounting companies providing services to other FlixBus companies in CEE region (Bulgaria)You take part in the implementation of an ERP in our company (Oracle Cloud)You prepare and control monthly and annual financial statementsYou participate in the preparation of the business plan, the budgeting and planning of the cash flowYou contribute to the finance function improvement initiatives and internal control (accrual, audit, IFRS, etc.) in an environment of continuous and strong developmentThe employer reserves the right to determine further other tasks Your Profile – Ready to hop on board Bachelor or master’s degree in management or economics, major in Finance/Controlling/Accounting desirable2-4 years of working experience, ideally in the fields of auditing (Big 4), or corporate finance in a start-up, or dynamic SME environmentExtensive experience in finance processes, financial models and planningAccurate and structured work style, combined with a strong commitmentProactive, “self-starter” attitudeNative level in Romanian and fluent in English, Bulgarian is a plus Our Perks – More than just a job You have an impact.
