Junior Intelligent Analytics Sales Consultant in Bucuresti

Job Description

Job Scope:

Supports sales efforts for a mix of solutions within the Analytics practice and is accountable to execute against the commercial plan.

Key priorities include: - Supports full sales cycle: expanding business with the existing client portfolio (selling new / renewing existing contract), proactively identifying sales opportunities based on client strategic priorities and networking in close alignment with business partners - Close collaboration with various teams to drive seamless delivery to clients. - Contributes to highly customized projects.

Job responsibilities:

Earning Client Trust/Building Relationships:

· Build and maintain a strong network with key players & Sales personas across a broad base of client targets.

· Demonstrable knowledge of the CPG and Retail industry and Nielsen portfolio, understanding how trade and business needs are changing and how Nielsen solutions can help solve client business issues.

Understanding Client Needs:

· Has a deep understanding of needs of different persona's at the client end and customer business around (pricing, assortment, distribution and execution) and can reframe and challenge the way customers view their businesses

· Oversees the delivery of a project to ensure client satisfaction, actionable recommendations and additional opportunity detection

· Continuously work on further professional development and adoption of technical knowledge related to iA tools and services.

Sales Management:

· Independently sell analytical services, successfully assess needs of our clients and proactively offers solutions related to Analytics in order to achieve sales targets. Business development to achieve targeted team’s objectives (financial and commercials).

· Participate in the preparation of sales plans and budgets for respective market.

Team Management and Collaboration:

· Works continuously with Analytics Leader, business partners, Commercial Leaders, and other teams to ensure that leads and opportunities are picked up, pertinent information about clients is shared and the relevant people are consulted and/or informed of key activity on an account.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, behavioral sciences, statistics, or related area
  • Previous experience in sales or other client-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Strong analytical - statistical - logic skills
  • The exceptional ability for market/category analysis
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced business environment
  • Speaking and writing English fluently
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal & external teams
