There is a lot of room for new ideas and innovations and you will be supported to have a continuous focus on development, coaching and creating a supportive environment for your team.As Junior IT Business Manager you will ensure that the IT financial results are correct, complete and transparent and your drive is to continuously improve our IT financial processes and to enable us to make more data driven decisions.Your new roleUnderstand the finance structure of NXP in order to maintain reporting accuracy and to be able to translate business requests into data that support management insights and decisionsProvide necessary support for specific “global” projects;Able to quickly analyze data and make logical decisions.Have excellent collaboration skills, a sense of ownership and a team player.Embrace the idea that your work will directly impact hundreds or thousands of users.Prepare financial slides and participate in Governance meetings;Lead the invoice and financial process – gather the data, review it, prepare reports, obtain stakeholders approvals;Drive CAPEX & OPEX forecast and planning together with respective ownersCarry out project accounting activity from monthly forecasting, commitment receipting, month end reconciliation, budget tracker management and spend analysis/variance reporting.Manage and consolidate financial reporting, ad-hoc reporting requirements across a number of projects or programs.Business partner with members of the IT organization and Finance organization for operational related issues;Support the ITBM team in day-to-day tasks, like raising PR’s, liaising with Product Owners/Product Managers for clarifications and financial adjustments pertaining to their corresponding areas of responsibility (across multiple IT domains);Support the ITBM team in process documentation/standardization and deriving efficiency/optimization initiatives.What you will need to succeedA Bachelor’s degree with IT orientationBasic knowledge of infrastructure notionsExperience managing program Capex budgets at a bottom up levelUnderstanding of cost treatment accounting rulesSuccessfully worked in a complex environment with virtual teams in a matrix organizationConstant desire to improve the status quo, to learn about and discover new things.Competencies that make you of value even moreCollaborative team player, passionate about technology – Tech-SavvyEager to learn, inquisitive mindset, always looking to broaden your horizons and learn new things.
