JOB FUNCTIONS:

Professional client facing position, the implementation consultant is responsible for a range of

implementation activities designed to achieve a high level of client service and satisfaction during

their implementation to Direct Consulting & Advertising solutions: www.edinet.ro and www.campaignsender.ro. This position requires a high level of independent judgment and decision making throughout the implementation process. The position is primarily responsible for training the client on system setup, system administration, and all aspects of the Direct Consulting Advertising suite of applications.

The position will also work directly with 2nd line support.

MAIN DUTIES

• Handle B2B implementation projects (EDI/email marketing)

• Being the point of contact between the company and its clients from the technical level 1 support perspective

• Maintain high customer service standards

• Lead all aspects of implementation for customer

• Respond promptly to customer’s technical inquiries

• Cooperate with 2nd line support, Project Managers and Sales Team

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of products, services and promotions

• Collecting customer information and analyzing customer’s needs

• Identifying of technical issues / bugs / errors and reporting to the project managers or to the customers

• Assist clients with post-live support questions when needed

• Test, test & test in order to achieve high level of services.

We are a leading provider for electronic data interchange services (EDI - www.edinet.ro) to Romanian market and abroad. We are main EDI provider for Dedeman, Brico Depot and also we are provider for Praktiker Romania, Auchan Romania, METRO Cash & Carry, Real Hypermarket Romania, Cora Romania, Carrefour Romania, Hornbach Romania and other retails as well (26 in total only in Romania). Starting with 2013 we contracted more than 1200 clients in the EDI business and more than 1000 new clients are expected in the second part of 2015. Our clients are multinationals and small to medium enterprises, from FMCG, DIY, pharma, manufacturing, distribution and logistics.

Direct Consulting & Advertising added to it’s products/services portfolio new solutions complementary to the existing ones: document management systems, electronic archiving, SFA – sales force automation software based on Android and b2b marketplaces for distributors.

In 2013 we developed a DIY email marketing platform for Romanian small to medium enterprises www.campaignsender.ro which now, in 2016, is ready also to be scaled for a global presence.
