We’re currently looking to extend our team and searching for a talented junior SEO specialist with previous experience (2 years), willing to commit to a full-time schedule.
As an SEO Specialist you will be working on keyword research, on-page optimization and website audits. Knowing French or German is a plus for having the ability to perform keyword research, optimize title tags and meta-descriptions in those languages, alongside english.
This is a great role for digital marketing juniors as you will be given room to grow, train and develop your SEO and copywriting skills.
In the current pandemic, we prioritize the safety and health of our teams, hence this role implies working from home until further notice.
Skills & Experience
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Having a passion for the world of SEO/semantic search and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques and SEO tools (Ahrefs / Alexa / Answer the Public), to identify opportunities and weak points of competitors. Must know the terms: KD, DA, PA, link-juice, longtail keywords, low-hanging fruits.
- Ability to incorporate industry trends and emerging practices into existing projects by performing ongoing research and competitive analysis
- Positive attitude and a team player able to collaborate with web developers, copywriters, and product teams.
- Basic knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) and Wordpress.

Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to drive more qualified traffic through a coordinated search strategy in collaboration with the editorial team.
- Find long tail keywords to cover a topic or drive leads to a product.
- Analyze the competition strengths and weaknesses
- Look at Google’s first page competition in comparison with the site’s authority and select keywords with Ranking Probability above 90%.
- Research popular topics for more keyword ideas using Forums, Reddit, Trends etc.
- Deliver keywords with the highest potential and provide indications for article structure: title (H1), meta title (SEO title), main sub-headings.
- Measure and track site ranking factors, keywords, internal and external links, and site content.
- Perform SEO Audits and work on the implementation of on-page optimization: titles, meta-description and site structure for better rankings.
- Monitor the performance of SEO strategies and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization
- Implement approved SEO changes to the websites and execute recommendations.
- Collaborate and take part in inter-team meetings to discuss and recommend strategies that influence creative direction and overall media plans.
* Stay up to date with search engine trends to develop and improve SEO practices.
