About the Global Trainee Program
This role is part of the Global Trainee Program (GTP) – a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience and receive structured training over a 2-year period.

Your Profile
- Recent graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial or similar)
- Curious, proactive and hands-on
- Enthusiastic about technology, automation, and industrial engineering
- Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
️ Your Day-to-Day
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve performance and efficiency
- Design and refine manufacturing practices in line with quality standards
- Use data analysis and cost evaluations to drive continuous improvement
- Provide technical support for new projects related to equipment and production lines
- Ensure machinery and instruments meet performance and efficiency criteria
- Follow HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures, conduct inspections, and report incidents or observations
