General Purpose:
- Taking a lead on Corsair business development in Balkan states and Romania. Responsible for managing a group of assigned key accounts and implementing defined sales objectives. Identifying new business opportunities to build business and increase Corsair revenue & market share on South CEE markets.
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Work proactively with assigned key CEE customers to ensure availability and visibility of Corsair products on daily basis
- Identify new business opportunities across South CEE markets
- Work proactively with key accounts to coordinate sales and marketing activities with defined sales promo and PR activities calendar
- Coordinate retail POS launches with retail customers and the Marketing team to align with Corsair branding requirements
- Coordinate new product launches across sales channels according to defined product roadmap
- Proactively manage etail and retail pricing to prevent channel conflicts
- Agree on monthly forecasts with distributors to coordinate and ensure Corsair products channel availability across CEE markets
- Review sell-through and inventory data from top accounts on weekly basis, to forecast sales and evaluate impact of implemented sales activities
- Review available market share data from top accounts on quarterly basis
- Execute on business plans to meet assigned revenue and market share sales goals per product category
- Deliver sales presentations to communicate and educate key customers about Corsair product portfolio
- Any additional tasks or ad-hoc tasks requested by a senior manager
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Good knowledge of PC Components and Gaming Peripherals market in Balkan states and Romania
- Proven experience in customer relationship management
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team
- Able to work well under pressure and demonstrate initiative
- Good command of English
- Good computer skills
