Units sold in Romania and while we’re proud of that, in this world of digital and technological transformation, we must also ask ourselves this: how can we continue to improve and extend even more people’s lives?For our Pneumology &Cardio team, we are looking for a new field colleague, based in Oradea.Your Key Responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:• Promote, in compliant and ethical manner, assigned products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and KOLs, according to company’s objectives and marketing strategy to serve patients;• Prepare and negotiate contracts, and guide initiatives that the company launches to target particular accounts;• Develop customer development strategy, dedicated KAM action plans for assigned accounts align on account objectives and execution;• Maximize commercial opportunities by developing, implementing and leading commercial programs with key decision makers and relevant stakeholders;• Preserve external focus and effective customer orientation.Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Minimum requirementsWhat you’ll bring to the role:• University degree in Medical Science and/or Business or similar studies;• Proficient in English (writing and speaking);• 3 years previous sales experience/ promotional experience in Pharma industry;• Preferred experience promoting Cardio products;Why consider Sandoz?500 million patients were touched by Sandoz generic and biosimilar medicines in 2021 and while we’re proud of this, we know there is more we could do to continue to help pioneer access to medicines for people around the world.How will we do this?
