OverviewThe Identity & Access Cloud, Strategy & Architecture Engineering division is a subdivision of the Chief Security Office (CSO) and is responsible for the definition, introduction and monitoring of global security standards and security solutions with a special focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM).About this positionIn the Identity & Access Architecture Team you will be jointly responsible for the implementation of the IAM Cloud Strategy and support the further development of the IAM solution and process landscape. To this end, you will check the applicability of existing architecture concepts to cloud use cases and develop IAM-related architecture guidelines for cloud application scenarios. This supports the early avoidance of IT security risks and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.Your responsibilities areYou will advise the organization on the implementation of IAM standards and processes in public, hybrid and multi-cloud scenarios and develop architectural guidelines and reference architectures for IAM in a multi cloud environment.You will assess IAM approaches in the cloud environment, identify deviations from internal standards and develop proposals for minimizing and avoiding IT security risks.You will evaluate native authentication, authorization and access management capabilities of cloud providers with regard to security, applicability in the banking environment and integration into the existing IAM solution/process landscape.You will support the team in coordinating activities in the context of architecture governance and will create clearly structured architecture documentation, presentations and technical texts for both IT departments and management meetings.You will support our agile transformation in an IA product owner delegate role that offers opportunities for further development.Qualification requirementsTheir basis is a completed university degree, preferably in computer science with a focus on IT security. Alternatively, you have completed a comparable training.You have professional experience in the field of information security or IAM, preferably in the environment of internationally active financial service providers.You have several years of experience as a cloud security, enterprise or IT architect, are familiar with public, hybrid and multi-cloud scenarios and are experienced in working with global teams.Relevant experience with Microsoft Azure, the Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services (AWS) are particularly desirable.Good knowledge of modern authentication and authorization protocols and IAM standards (especially OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML and SCIM) is desirable.
