Lead Customer Service Associate in Bucuresti

We are currently looking for a Lead Customer Service Associate who will be responsible for timely placing orders for equipment at manufacturers' factories and monitoring their implementation on time indicated by the factories, organisation of equipment’s shipment from factories and delivery to the Middle East, customs clearance of received equipment and organisation of the final delivery of equipment in accordance with the terms of contracts with customers. Job Duties: Receiving orders in accordance with the procedures adopted by the company Placing orders for equipment at manufacturers' plants Monitoring the execution of placed orders and informing sales managers and customers about the status of order fulfillment In case of an increase in the lead time, notifying management of the change and taking measures to accelerate the date of shipment of equipment Working with a database of placed orders Coordinating with suppliers on drafts of documents accompanying the equipment Assisting suppliers in the selection of carriers for the purpose of reducing the cost and time of transportation Tracking delivery of goods, including the use of electronic tracking systems Preparing and transferring sets of documents to the customs broker Timely transfers documents to accounting department Controlling, Maintaining & Sourcing activities as well as inventory controls on SAP Responsible for the whole SIOP process improvement & KPI follow up & data check and correction & supply and demand views for the region Entering customer forecasts to APO & SAP and follow up / plan / change quantities and production plan where needed. Weekly follow up meetings with planners & key account managers & SIOP team for big FC customer accounts. Plan & order special products based on marketing / sales feedbacks & forecast This role requires special working schedule: (Sunday to Thursday) YOU MUST HAVE: 2 years experience in Customer Care & Logistics departments preferably in foreign multinational company Bachelor degree mandatory SAP knowledge is a must Ability to work and manage relationships with cross functional teams and across different departments Customers oriented personality with strong communication skills, highly organised and responsible Upper-Intermediate English level allowing to read and write fluently Knowledge of the basics of transport and warehouse logistics within the framework of an international company Fluency in another global language is desirable WE VALUE: Work with Sales & Engineering teams Industry experiences
