You will be accountable for completing releases in time, in scope and in quality.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES• Plan and execute projects to release healthcare software products in cooperation with a cross-functional team including marketing, development, deployment, service, regulatory and quality as well as with external suppliers• Monitor and mitigate release risks regularly within the project team following lean-agile processes• Prepare program milestone reviews for major releases and present the status of the release and possible risks to the management team• Create parts of the project documentation and organize the maintenance of other parts with the experts in the cross-functional teams• Continuously improve the release process and the associated documentation on your own initiative and based on wide process changes or corrective actions from audits• Work closely with client's regulatory experts on the clearance of our healthcare products in the required target marketsYOUR PROFILE• Technical or commercial degree or a corresponding apprenticeship with initial work experience• Practical experience in project management including planning and executing of projects• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, teamwork and moderation skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously• Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and ability to work in international cross-functional teams• Open to new things and always strive to improve existing approaches• Ideally, experiences in project management for regulated products and in agile development methodologiesOUR BENEFITS• Powerful teams, open and friendly working atmosphere as well as flat hierarchies• Exciting projects at a high technological level• Flexible working hours / WFH (remote)• Further training and development opportunities Job Type Full Time-Regular Experience Level Entry Level Total Years of Exp 1 - 3
