Role As a member of the Learning and Development team, you will be expected to carry out a wide range of duties to support the organisation’s HR and Learning and Development function. This means that you can get exposure to many areas within the wider team and a solid foundation for your career; many of your responsibilities will involve maintaining reports, researching potential training opportunities and organizing Learning and Development events within a complex and diverse team. Your key responsibilities Arrange the booking of trainers & participants, venues (when the case) with local and regional team and external providers. Communicate course requirements with trainers, facilities, learners, regional teams and external EY suppliers within agreed timelines and as per internal LD requirements and strategy. Provide training materials to trainers and participants. Produce and maintain accurate records of learning and development activity in compliance with procedures; maintain internal databases and systems up to date. Monitor and collate Learning and Development evaluation forms. Process contracts and invoices in line with internal requirements and procedures. Maintain annually the professional certification membership for our colleagues/ enroll new members (ASPAAS, CECCAR, CAFR). Provide a reliable point of contact for all learning and development matters. Process contracts and invoices for Employer Branding, making sure payment deadlines are met and all involved parties have signed the documentation. Manage an internal recognition platform: user management, orders management, products management.
