That is why we organize as one team and have people that move from to another.Partner with Industry Learning Strategy lead, Capability Development and key client accounts to design and execute innovative learning programs Collaborate with talent strategy and regional HR business partners to refresh hiring and onboarding requirements to drive talent pipeline improvements and better learner successBuild governance with Learning Ops and regional Client Experience Leadership team to prioritize program funding, secure appropriate business investment and sponsorship, and enable industry and functional customizations for role-based programsCoordinate with mobilization and KT teams to measure success in Year 1 service delivery Preferred experience delivering large scale end-to-end Learning programs for Operations clients and/or mobilizing new deals and supporting knowledge transferDoes this make you curious?
