Depending on your level of experience, the job of a legal adviser will require you to be able to:
▬ Support Commercial / management team in evaluating contracts for new opportunities.
▬ Provide advice and support in connection with a range of contract types, including drafting and reviewing, amending and negotiating contract agreements
▬ Use judgement to recommend the correct resolution of contractual issues.
▬ Provide business governance support
▬ Provide contract administration such as sending notifications, letters, claims, and contract variations
▬ Provide expert advice (eg to Finance and HR teams) regarding legal and commercial implications of specific terms and conditions in contracts
▬ Support HR department with Labour matters
▬ Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained
▬ Be in charge with Trade Registry modifications
We recognize that each applicant will bring different experience, but the ideal candidate will have:
▬ At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar position
▬ Law University degree
▬ Advantage: experience in construction companies
▬ Good skills in organizing, scheduling, planning
▬ Flexibility and adaptability
▬ Very good spoken and written English
▬ Strong computer skills (proficiency in recognized design software and Microsoft applications).
Minimum level of education required
3-Diploma of Higher Education / Associate’s Degree / BTEC Higher National Diploma
Minimum level of experience required
English (5- Proficiency)
