Description
You will be part of the Modern Workplace Services Teams as a Workplace Specialist to coordinate our local support teams globally and our Hardware providers. Your main responsibilities will be 1. to coordinate and align our hardware strategy with our Hardware providers and 2. to manage our local support teams around the globe regarding workplace design, planning, implementation and governance of our Standard and non-standard Windows PC Environment. You will work with and guide our Workplace- and Hardware-Providers and our local support teams through the following activities: Architecture design, service & process design and execution, user experience evaluation, project delivery, quality and conformity audits, roadmap definition and cost optimization. As a Workplace Specialist, you will also be interacting with Operations Management team and solution vendors to coordinate resolution of problems requiring Level 4 support. You will align and work with our global locations on their needs on continuous improvements and continuous delivery. Qualifications • Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (min.) in Engineering, Science or Technology should have at least 8 years hands on experience in IT, with majority of it in Digital Workplace
• Should have good general design and architecture knowledge and very good communication skills
• Demonstrate competency and technical knowledge in Windows, SCCM, MDT, AD/GPO, Bitlocker, Printing service, Citrix, VDI and Powershell.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Intune, SCCM in Azure Cloud, BranchCache, 1E Nomad, ServiceNow, Symantec and o365 will be added advantage.
