Essential requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in similar positions, ideally in FMCG environment;
- Excelent organizational and analytical skills;
- Strong influencing, leadership and interpersonal skills, with needed hands-on approach;
- Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, self-leading and proactive, collaborative and consultative;
- Excellent working knowledge of English language;
- Knowledge of SAP (in particular WM) and Track and Trace (system for products traceability) is desirable;
- Project management experience is desirable;

Job purpose and key deliverables :
- Ensure visibility and stability of the inbound/outbound delivery schedule and their execution is on time/in full;
- Highlight any delays or over/under inbound/outbound deliveries as necessary;
- Actively monitor forecasted inventory levels, highlight any foreseeable storage capacity constraints and work out solutions to overcome;
- Ensure most efficient transfer of goods between factory and offsite logistic center;
- Develop plans to reduce the cost associated with inventory, storage or transport activities;
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate local logistics with business systems or processes, such as shipping, Manufacturing, Order Management, Customs, etc;
- Coordinates, execute and participate in all T&T/SAP Business Release activities (communication to business, ad-hoc tests, UAT and regressions tests);
- Ensuring all T&T requirements, changes and impacts are communicated to involved stakeholders.
