Descrierea jobului
1. Overall planning of large warehouse management (including warehouse operation cost accounting, warehouse planning, goods storage, warehouse in and out management, warehouse security, etc.), and continuously improve the warehouse management system and process;
2. Responsible for the daily management of the warehouse department, reasonably and efficiently arrange the work of the staff, check, supervise and assess the attendance and work attitude of the employees, and assess the implementation of the work procedures and standards by the employees;
3. Be responsible for supervising and managing the warehousing, delivery, return and in stock management of warehousing goods, and formulate inventory plan to ensure the accuracy of inventory, the authenticity and accuracy of inventory quantity and the safety of goods;
4. Supervise and participate in the warehouse inventory, check the inventory quantity, check the accuracy of the inventory, make sure that the account, material and card are consistent, strictly handle the commodity errors according to the regulations, and timely report the inventory situation and difference analysis;
5. Responsible for setting targets and performance appraisal for shelf, receiving and distribution, and analyzing staff efficiency and operating cost
6. Supervise the implementation of logistics system responsibilities and management standards, optimize warehouse management methods and processes, and effectively control warehouse operation costs;
7. Efficient and scientific management of warehouse location, continuous optimization of warehouse operation status and improvement plan to ensure warehouse utilization rate;
8. Timely communicate with purchasing and marketing department in case of abnormal situation when receiving goods, and reasonably arrange time to communicate with cross departments in daily work, such as loss prevention, administration, product, accounting, it and other departments, and deal with cross department abnormal problems in time;
9. Operation and supervision of warehouse ERP: ensure the accuracy of goods warehousing, delivery and return information.
