Description
- Ensures technical availability and capability of production machineries according to the company's requirements and approved budgets;
- Implements planned and unplanned maintenance processes in order to achieve annual maintenance targets such as MTTR, MTB using standard company tools;
- Directs, administrates and develops Maintenance team members;
- Monitors and reports KPIs;
- Usage of KPIs to define appropriate activities/measures, and follow-up thereof;
- Ensures correct usage of standard company tools and methodologies;
- Management of Plant Shutdown.
- Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing industry;
- Minimum 2 years of Management of a technical organization;
- Regular international contacts through projects or suppliers;
- Participation in machine improvement, refurbishment, upgrade or installation projects;
- Networking;
- Knowledge of maintenance business processes and tools;
- Business acumen;
- English required with good level.
