The job duties include plumbing, carpentry, inspecting equipment’s, repairs, and maintaining inventory.Your Responsibilities Preventive maintenance, repair ofequipment’s in the event of a breakdown Carrying out, organizing, managing,taking over and checking the flows of scheduled maintenance works Ensuring continuous availability ofequipment’s, troubleshooting Mechanical maintenance of automaticlines Maintenance and repair of domestic hotand cold water supply installations, as well as related equipment Maintenance and repair of windows andramps Investigating the causes of technicalfailures Documenting maintenance andtroubleshooting performed and managing worksheets Making the necessary materials for thenecessary parts, contributing to their procurement Your Skills and Experiences Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, customers and vendors Attention to detail to ensure all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked Basic knowledge of Windows based computer systems: MS Office Basic knowledge of logical problem analysis Ability to interpret blue prints for mechanical schematics Good working under pressure Must be highly independent and results oriented High school diploma Technical degree of mechanical/electrical or two years of experience in manufacturing as a maintenance technician or similar role Excellent understanding of bill of material for manufacturing, repair/technical language.
