Manager Project Finance Accounting MELA in Bucuresti

Our Exciting Opportunity! We are now looking for a Project Finance Accounting Manager, in Global Operations Center Romania. You will secure your dedicated team accurate execution of customer business in SAP ONE, in compliance with Ericsson’s Process and Accounting Directives. This includes ensuring data integrity, compliance and support the business stakeholder within the Order to Invoice stream. What you will do: Effectively lead in the Order to Invoice activities for project finance accounting with respect to their assigned team, secure the operational processes;Assure delivery of required deliverables according to WLA (working-level agreement) or project specifications, company standards and ways of working, guidelines, specific KPIs;Handle the resource management in order to plan, estimate and carry out the required activities to time, quality targets and in accordance with the company standards, processes and ways of working;Understanding of the Service Delivery, Order to Invoice processes and ensure that the team adheres to these frameworks;Craft and maintain work instructions related to the tasks handled, contribute actively to the Global Operation Center knowledge base;Chip in to automation initiatives to remove mundane tasks.
