Manufacturing Engineer / Inginer de procesDescriptionWe are looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our Cummins Generator Technologies team in Craiova, DJ, ROMANIA.As a manufacturing engineer you’re directly involved in leading the planning, designing, purchasing, and implementation of changes to the manufacturing equipment and systems while leading and co-leading teamsKey Responsibilities: Leads the work for specific projects to create and implement all aspects of a manufacturing processes to ensure safety requirements, manufacturing goals, business goals, and product specifications are met. Responsible for fabrication process in HC stator and rotor winding, HC rotor HRD process impregnation, VPI impregnation including ovens. Create the work instructions, procedures and ensure assistance for operators in production when necessary for process and equipment. Define and create the BOM’s for HC winding and implement MCN’s. Create programs for HC rotor HRD process impregnation, ovens, VPI installation. In case of equipment failures and malfunction ensure assistance and keep contact with contractors for reparations, make modification in the soft according to the guidance from the manufacturer of equipment. Assists with the development of manufacturing standards and working methods by using continuous improvement tools. Works with internal and external resources on specific project assignments.
