Map Analyst (1 year contract) in Cluj

Telenav is looking for an energetic team player to join the administrative team as office assistant. We are looking for someone who loves a challenge, has wonderful interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be a proactive person who makes suggestions on ways to improve the department processes. 

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities meeting deadlines.
  • Performing daily secretarial activities
  • Receiving the visitors and announcing the contact persons in the company
  • Ensuring the transmission of documents by mail, fax, e-mail
  • Organize special team events and celebrations
  • Administrative support for Berlin office
  • Support for Finance and HR department
  • Coordinates the weekly office supply orders as well as handling the employees orders.
  • Prepare expense reports for the finance department
  • Handling the access cards of the employees
  • Handling the inventory platform and perform the annual inventory process.
  • Support for guests from other sites
  • Coordinate the recycling process of the company
  • Contact point for the building administration, for suppliers and other type of partners.
  • Customs clearance documents for import packages
  • Support for travel department: domestic and international travel including visa processing, flights, and hotel accommodations for directors and team members as needed
  • Coordinate the internal drive processes and ensures that all the paperwork for the company cars is up to date
  • Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges
  • Bright, High Energy individual with a passion to learn and contribute
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
  • Strong communication skills both orally and written.
  • Advanced English skills
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Strong MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Additional Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years administrative experience preferred
