Responsibilities: Assisting with all the preparations for online or onsite events: invitation, CVs for speakers, presentations and folders for the participants; Support with the logistic details for events: arrangement of the conference room, equipment, catering, promotional materials, etc. Keeping track of the attendees list and making all necessary changes, according to information received; Collecting and analyzing data after the event; Conduct market research and identify new trends; Regular updates of the EY Resource (Discover, EY Global, Tax news updates, etc.) Support in composing online content for the company’s website and social media accounts; Assists with the production of marketing materials and literature, such as brochure, flyers, web content; Requirements: Good knowledge of digital marketing, Marketo, social media platforms; English language – advanced; PR, Copywriting and bradding – good knowledge Experience in organizing events – is a plus
