Would you like to be part of this journey?Your mission: As a Marketing Demand Generation Program Manager in UiPath’s Global Campaign Marketing team, you will own global marketing programs that get customers excited about UiPath’s end to end automation platform and drive pipeline. In this role, you will be an active participant in shaping our global marketing strategies and directly oversee the development and execution of global campaigns, while employing your strong demand generation background to contribute to the growth of the company and our customers.This is what you’ll do at UiPath:Plan, manage and optimize robust multi-tactic campaigns and programs that drive digital engagement into the funnel and progress prospects towards qualified leads;Ideate, produce, edit, and measure the performance of program-specific content and messaging that will engage the audience, enhance product knowledge about RPA and AI, increase brand awareness, and drive demand; Continuously test and develop new strategies and tactics across all channels to increase touchpoints within a customer’s journey in order to optimize conversion rates;Partner cross-functionally with other Marketing, Product, Sales functions to produce and implement program messaging and assets across multiple geographic regions;Utilize marketing technology (Marketo, Salesforce, webcast platforms) toward executing tactics related to demand generation;Measure, analyze, and report overall campaign performance, pipeline and conversion rates.This is what you’ll bring to our team:5+ years demand generation experience, preferably in the B2B / SaaS market;A proven record of driving successful demand gen programs, turning leads and contacts into MQLs;Experience with buyer’s journey, nurture tactics, personas and lead scoring;Adept at writing narratives and producing content that converts;Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently;Ability to navigate, influence and collaborate across a cross-functional team and achieve measurable results;Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo is a bonus. Life at UiPath like a lot of startups, can sometimes feel like a roller coaster.
