Candidatul ideal
- Relevant experience (3-5 years) in marketing/brand management;
- Previous experience in FMCG (product development, packaging, advertising and promotions, pricing etc.) ;
- Creative person, good abilities of analysis and synthesis, problem-solving skills ;
- Advanced communication skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to change.
- Capacity to work simultaneously on many project, respecting the deadlines ;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written ;
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing

- Managing the marketing budget and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment and profit-loss projections;
- Creating and implementing a marketing strategy;
- Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish;
- Researching and analysing market trends and competitors;
- Developing and managing advertising campaigns;
- Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.
