Job Description
Main Job Objectives: * To re-organise the current marketing department (of 3 people) on modern marketing concepts and methods * To work closely with Sales management , with all the board members and with medical managers in order to improve the Company branding and long term profitability Duties, works, tasks:
1. Planning, implementation and implementation of the marketing strategy and plan in accordance with the company's objectives;
2. Informing clients and potential clients about the company's activity, directly or through the media (news, press releases, interviews);
3. Analysis of advertising offers and identification of the most advantageous forms of promotion (both from the perspective of market impact and from the perspective of prices);
4. Organizes meetings, conferences, events, fairs, exhibitions aimed at promoting the company's image and services;
5. Competition analysis and identification of strengths and weaknesses of their products;
6. Participates in the weekly meetings organized within the company;
7. Reports the activity within the department of the General Manager The ideal personal profile is : - senior manager with a lot of versatility - an excellent communicator - hands on as well as big - vision type of mentor We must only consider eligible those candidates with minimum 3-5 years in a similar marketing manager role from the medical seervices sector or pharmaceutical large companies.
