Key Responsibilities Responsible for providing operational support to Dell Financial Services’ CSMB marketing groups in the North American market. Coordinate with segment leads on strategy and execute promotional roadmap for all revolving products for US CSMB segments. Validate and perform testing to ensure function and positive customer experience. You will: Manage intake and roadmap execution scheduling, and also validate and quality audit all promotion and campaign programs Responsible for securing all approvals for all campaigns prior to execution, but also track and record all promotional campaign data Partner with online and offline merch teams to ensure appropriate messaging and positioning statements and disclosures Ensure communication with sales teams is clear and timely for campaign awareness Coordination legal and risk teams to ensure appropriate positioning statements and disclosures Essential Requirements Undergraduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 2-4 years relevant experience Project management skills including ability to work against deadlines, and manage external resources Solid analytical skills, strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Detail oriented, with ability to improve processes Ability to maintain process flows and documentation related to job duties Flexibility to work on US hours schedule 04:00 pm - 01:00 am Desirable Requirements SME representing Marketing as liaison between Dell Legal, DFS Legal, and Compliance Ability to work independently and create own timelines, goals, and deliverables.
