LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUYour profileDegreein Mechanical Engineering or similarMinimum4 years working experience with focus on power plant commissioning orpower/industrial process plant mechanical maintenance.Experienceswith Siemens turbines and their auxiliary systems.Excellentpersonnel management skills and leadership experienceExcellentcommunication skills and customer orientationSolidorganizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsYou are ready to work abroad, mainly in the middle east region and youscore with business fluent English.    Your responsibilitiesThe Mechanical Maintenance Manager has theoverall responsibility for all aspects of the mechanical maintenance of thepower plant, comply with applicable laws, meet the required standard ofquality, ensure business success and customer satisfaction, develop reliable long-termstrategies and implementation plans, timely response to unplanned issues.You are responsible for providing highstandard mechanical maintenance service under the Operation and MaintenanceContract in a combined cycle gas turbine power plantOrganize and coordinate resources of yourmaintenance team, prioritize activities to ensure the safe and reliable plantoperation in accordance to the local laws and regulations, in accordance tocontractual requirements and in accordance with load dispatch requirements.You are responsible for EHS affairs and togetherwith your team you will ensure a safe working environment which also observesenvironmental protection aspects.You will manage the relationship with thecustomer and other stakeholders.Maintain a close customer contact and support theStation Manager to fulfill customer requests.
