To strengthen our regional MSL Immunology team, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Medical Science Liaison, based in Bucharest, Romania.As a Medical Science Liaison, you will identify and foster purposeful partnerships with key scientific influencers to drive new sources of patient value.You like to work in an environment where you can: Build fruitful relationships with your peers and the medical influencers you look up to. You will contribute by: Agile and proactive identification and management of key scientific and medical influencers based on local ecosystem dynamics and stakeholder needs and drivers (from push to pull).Exploration and identification of new sources of patient value (innovative solutions and services).Manage and generate product/ disease state data (IIS, audits, RWE etc.).Support clinical studies, clinical development and share insights with R&D team.Serving as the leading local scientific expert for UCB solutions.Supporting market access colleagues when applicable in presentation of RWE/HEOR/clinical information to regional and local payer accounts and formularies. Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills: Educational background: scientific profile preferred, university degree (Master, PhD) in Life Sciences, Medicine, Biology, Pharma. Relevant therapeutic experience in rheumatology with minimum 2 years of MSL or pharmaceutical/healthcare industry related experience desired. Effective communication and interpersonal skills including networking and presentation skills.The ability to clearly articulate complex scientific in 1:1 and group settings. Customer service oriented, business acumen required with the ability to take initiative and work both independently and in a team. Willingness to travel extensively, both nationally (Bucharest, Cluj, Iasi, Constanta, Craiova, Timisoara) and internationally. The position is field base.Languages: full professional proficiency in Romanian and English (both oral and written).
