In this role, you will assist in the seamless operation of our casino, ensuring excellent customer experiences and contributing to the success of our gaming events. Key Responsibilities Ensure timely game launches and provide ongoing support; Coordinate with internal teams and external providers; Manage maintenance and troubleshoot issues for game providers; Monitor competitors and stay up-to-date with technological advancements; Keep casino content current and relevant for players, and assist country managers with content-related needs; Continuously assess the product and recommend improvements to the Casino Operations Manager. Skills and Qualifications Practical experience in the online gaming market is more valued than formal education; At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the gaming industry; Strong interest in IT and product development; Familiarity with back-office management tools; Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently; Deep interest in the casino industry; Excellent communication and presentation abilities; Customer-focused with a proactive and analytical mindset; Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
