  • Contributes to the department strategy and ensure implementation in his/her area of responsibility
    Translate the strategy into roadmaps. Keep informed the stakeholders about the progress. Ensuring that work delivered by his/ her team is delivered at excellent quality level;
  • Allocating and coordinating the existing tools and human resources for projects to ensure that the required work is done in time and in line with estimations and budget limits;
  • Develop sustainable relationships within and outside the team to enhance/promote team competences;
  • Mediate conflicts between members of his/ her team and other parties and takes appropriate measures;
  • Offers guidance for his/ her team members. Define and apply (if case) specific discipline improvement measures (e.g. process, workflows, guidelines, competence development);
  • Conducting the yearly Performance Management Process for all directs and set individual goals for each team member;
  • Organize regular meetings with the direct reports, to monitor performance, to motivate the team, give and receive feedback, discuss the road map and establish action plans if necessary;
  • Assign and communicates the roles within his/ her team. Ensure cross-functional communication & cooperation to improve information flow inside the team;
  • Contribute to the definition of the hiring plan for his/ her team; Participates at interviews or at interview decisions;
  • Identifying the risks and finding alternative solutions to avoid or to minimize risk effects (e. g. fluctuation, tools, space, assets);
  • Leading and technically coordinate a team formed of MES Engineers, with a wide area of responsibility in MES production SW.
  • Qualifications Essential Skills/Qualifications

  • university degree within the specific technical background;
  • communication and leadership abilities with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience;
  • activities which combine analytical and design knowledge with software technology, in the sense of designing, testing, implementation & modification of informatics systems which contain as main component software;
  • working AGILE;
  • working in a global environment;
  • need to develop the team and support them to achieve required results.

  • responsible for identifying functional risks and proposing counter-measures;
  • ability to analyze complex problems and synthesize a systemic solution.
