This is a remote position.  Our client is a global consulting group working with clients operating within management consulting, financial services, SAAS, Manufacturing and Logistics. Supporting their businesses in Europe and US but creating innovative products tailored to customer needs. Role and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related engineering+2 years demonstrated hands-on cloud and infrastructure technology solution experience+2 years’ experience on large scale cloud-based product operationsSecrets Management: Vault / KMSExperience building high availability services at scaleProven experience driving adoption of new technology into existing complex systemsExcellent communication and presentation skills Demonstrated technologist with broad experience across a variety of operations tools & services including:Linux scriptingGitHub / GitLab (CI/CD pipelines)ArgoCD / FluxCD (GitOps) Our ideal candidate will be a hands-on, agile thinker, fluent in today’s latest DevOps technologies, mainly AWS, Infrastructure as Code and Kubernetes.Duties and responsibilities for this opportunity include on a daily basis:Identify requirements for upgrading/scaling our infrastructure to improve security, reliability, scalability, monitoring and performance (AWS).Participate in continuous improvement of Infrastructure and CI/CD environments (Infrastructure as Code - Terraform/Terragrount & others).Provide direct hands-on support in the design, deployment, administration, and monitoring of production systems at scale in an AWS & edge hybrid environments (Helm charts, GitOps, Observability) Other duties:Enhance and support CI/CD pipelinesSupport on-going DevOps team members Further Info:Duration: 6+ month contractWorkload: Remote work
