We answer the problems that flexible workforce/gig companies face today:Help with growing the volume of employeesReduce your onboarding churnSpeed up the onboarding processProvide, error-free, automated payroll data, ready to payout (weekly and monthly)At this role you will :• Understand the flow of code and how it interacts with different components • Understand project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases • Follow the best practices in test automation and implement tools • Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement • Review and analyze product specifications • Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure test planning • Write and execute tests, analyse results • Prepare and present reports and metrics • Support Continuous Delivery of software through reliable process and test automation • Contribute by asking, learning, helping, growing • Set up, maintain, and perform test automation frameworks and build test scenarios and acceptance tests • Investigate problems referred to you • Research test tools, methodologies and trends • Manage the final quality on production release You will have a chance to work with these technologies:Java spring boot, Python, Django, FlaskReact, React.Nativejs, ts, Node.jsJest, Detox, CypressAllure, Jenkins, Nexus, BitbucketREST, Pub/Sub, WebsocketsELK, SentryDocker, helm, K8sAWS cloudYou'll set yourself apart if you possess:• A few years of experience building testing capabilities for modern and scalable software • Hands-on skills in test automation for containerized backend and frontend • Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins or similar) • Experience with at least one testing framework – jest, detox, cypress, selenium • Experience in integration and API testing using REST Assured • Ready to execute both manual and automated testing and perform analyses • A passion about your achievements and having an impact on what you do • A desire to ask probing questions and to learn from others • A positive attitude, high integrity, low ego • An excitement to contribute in a growing environment, not afraid to roll up your sleeves and to be proactive Perks & BenefitsWork From AnywhereWhile we originate from Poland, we are a remote-first, globally distributed company with team members located in 3 different continents.
