About the role:As a Middle Java Developer, become a part of a cross-functional development team working for BigID. You will join a highly motivated team and will be working on a modern solution for our existing client. We are looking for technology experts who want to make an impact on new business by applying best practices and taking ownership. Responsibilities:Back-end development to meet customer’s business needs and implement components according to modern software development environmentTaking part in the decision-making process in application code design, solution development, code reviewDevelop and review feature design documents and provide inputs/update to specifications for the solutionDesign and implement a set of various types of tests (unit, integration, functional, etc)Proactive position in solution development, processes improvementsWorking in an international distributed team in an Agile environmentCommunicate with PMs, engineers, Architects, QA and other colleagues and stakeholdersDelivering the product roadmap and planningsTo use high coding standards, software best practices and write highly testable, automatable and performant code over the whole SDLC Requirements:BS in Computer science (or other relevant degrees)3+ years of experience with Java + Spring stackExperience in developing logic solutions to complex challengesExperience with distributed architecture, microservices, message queues, REST APIExperience with NoSQL Desirable:BigData – Hadoop/Hive/HBASE, Cassandra, MongoDBKnowledge in container technology (docker) and cloud services (IaaS, PaaS) Personal skills:Upper-intermediate EnglishGood analytical skillsGood team player, motivated to solve complex tasksStrong communication and problem solving skillsSelf-motivated, self-disciplined and result-orientedStrong attention to details and accuracy What's in it for you?Care: your mental and physical health is our priority.
