Job Description
As part of our Customer Product Development & Artificial Intelligence team, you will help out shaping the future of our software. You will have the opportunity to work with a cross-functional, multi-cultural, and multi-site team.
You will have exposure to challenging diverse projects in multi-disciplinary fields and industries: Manufacturing, Financial, Education. In this role, you will interact with different stakeholders to understand their business context and needs, and support them throughout the digitalization process.
- Understand business objectives and develop models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress
- Analyze the ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and rank them by their success probability
- Explore ways of understanding the data and visualizing it
- Verify data quality, and mechanisms for data cleaning
- Supervise the data acquisition process if more data is needed
- Find available datasets online that could be used for training
- Define validation strategies and data augmentation pipelines
- Define the preprocessing or feature engineering to be done on a given dataset
- Train models and tune their hyper-parameters
- Analyze the errors of the model and design strategies to overcome them
- Deploy models to production
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering
- Fundamental understanding of machine learning concepts including developing models and tuning the hyper-parameters, as well as deploying models and building ML services
- Understanding of state-of-the-art Machine Learning techniques, Deep Learning, Recommendations and Computer Vision
- Experience with data processing and visualization
- Python programming skills
- Experience with frameworks like Sklearn, TensorFlow, Keras, Caffe or PyTorch
- Strong communication skills in English
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently, strong focus on quality
