As a MLOps Engineer you will be responsible for translation of our prototype models into real data products in the field of medical AI.Accountabilities:Reviewing state-of-the-art machine learning & deep learning technologies for analysis of biosignals.Writing robust data pipelines for:feature engineering and data modellingmodel hyperparameter optimizationmodel evaluation and explainabilitymodel training, deployment and automated retrainingmodel version tracking & governancedata archival & version managementmodel and drift monitoringImproving readability and efficiency of the code.Writing documentation, tests and visualizations whenever necessary. Requirements:MSc or (preferably) PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Computational Neuroscience or similar.In-depth knowledge of statistics and machine learning concepts.
