Fidel is backed by investors including Nyca Partners, QED Investors, Citi Ventures, RBC Capital and Commerce Ventures.We're in an incredibly exciting period of growth as we continue to scale internationally and are looking for a Mobile Engineer who wants to be part of our team and our journey in the fintech space.Our Mobile SDKs are an important component of ours and we are looking for a Mobile Engineer who can help us improve them.What you'll do: Develop new features and user interfaces for our Mobile SDKs (IOS, Android, React Native);Ensure the best performance and user experience of the application; Fix bugs and performance problems;Cooperate with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions;Participate in the design of proof of concepts for our Mobile SDKs;Suggest solutions to improve the experience of Mobile Developers who integrate our Mobile SDKs into their own projects;Continuously improve the architecture and the quality of our Mobile SDKs;Ensure that our CI/CD systems runs smoothly;Add useful automations;Main requirementsWe want you if you:Have good knowledge of both iOS and Android and are willing to learn and work on the other technologies as well.You are knowledgeable about REST API architecture;Know how to write decoupled, easy to maintain and testable code in either Swift, Kotlin, or Java and you are interested in mastering JavaScript and TypeScript;You are comfortable with automated UI testing, unit testing, integration testing and other automations to deliver quality mobile code;Have experience with CI/CD systems;Have experience working and communicating with a remote team in an effective asynchronous way.Have a good command of written and spoken English;Nice to have: Knowledge or openness to understand Cordova and React Native;UX/UI Sensitivity is a plus!Benefits & PerksBENEFITSWe're committed to making Fidel a fantastic place to work and we go to great lengths to give you what you need to succeed.
