Responsibilities: Responsible of company cars pool (contracts, cars configuration, tracking of procurement process); Organize employees transportation per route and shift; Negotiate, monitor the employees transportation contract, permanent contract with the supplier; Reports about vehicle fleet, damage report/fine report; Replacement, vehicle delivery/sale; Personnel planning in the area of responsibility: planning & coordination of the driver`s activity; Perform service/maintenance of company vehicle; ensure tire management. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; 1-3 years of related experience; English - advanced level; Basic ability in using MS Office software; Driving license B - nice to have.
