They will define and implement processes, organization and operating infrastructures required to set up and begin operations of a new outsourcing engagement or assist in the transition of services from one operating entity to another.ResponsibilitiesLead & manage overall Mobilization Teams across EMEA regionSupport Mobilization Leads and Outsourcing Solution Architects on Deal Shape teams by creating requests for proposal response materialsSupport Transition Program Manager in the estimation of costs and developing work plans for a work streamParticipate in Due Diligence and Service Transition activitiesApply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts and alternativesLead a workstream or a defined portion of a Service Transition program and/or plays a key delivery role within a programDefine, build, and implement workable components to Service Transition programs by leveraging existing standard solution components as much as possibleAdhere to and implement Mobilization methods and toolsDefine detailed costs and benefits of a given solution/workstream of a Service Transition programManage internal/external client relationship within their area of responsibilityLead detailed designs and build of at least one workstream component or sub-component working within the guides of the overall Solution BlueprintProvide peer review to other service transition activitiesContribute to Mobilization capabilities and the Knowledge Exchange Qualifications What we expect from you?Flexible working schedule depending on daily operational activities; availability to cover non-standard working hours requiredAdvanced EnglishMinimum Bachelor’s degreeNice to have Advanced French languageBonus Points is you have:Experience working in a global client environmentExperience working with multi-cultural teamsExperience working on infrastructure outsourcing programs
