Network Consultant - fully remote in Bucuresti

Have you got a strong, hands on experience in embedded testing?  Then read on as we have a job for you.  Our Client is one of the largest Internet service providers that provides also ICT solutions and data center services.  We are searching for a Network Consultant to develop, communicate and oversee adherence of network infrastructure and services standards. Your tasks will include: Evaluating company business documents Develop/implement/maintain Service Level Agreement for network servicesIdentifies requirements and write documentationIdentifies existing network performance and problemsParticipate in strategy decisions as a part of the site leadership teamPlays a key role in driving process design, optimization and executing improvement initiativesCreates networking strategy and architectureProposes and implements new technologiesMakes formal/informal presentations Develops logical network design plans and designs solutionsPlans and implements CSI (Continual Service Improvement)Links CSI actions to drive continuous improvement mind-setEnsures CSI actions are completedExperienced in network programming with various programming languages  To be a good fit for a Network Consultant, you will have: BSc degree in Computer Engine or equivalent in a related technical fieldHave a Minimum of 7+ years of industry experience in ISP Technology with minimum 3 years in Technical Management Role  CCIE R&S certification or any networking related certificationsExperience with Networks and IP ProtocolsExperience with Networks, Wireless and mobility, Data CentreExperience with process re-engineeringGood Negotiation skillsAble to train and coach other team membersExperience in Project ManagementExperience in Quality Control & Quality AssuranceAdvance experience in FTTx network design and planning Experience of working on network equipment in an ISP environmentBasic understanding of the following technologies: IP Protocols (ICMP, UDP, TCP); IP filtering and firewalling; Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS); Quality of Service; MPLS; Ethernet Knowledge of fiber and WDM systems.
