Job Description Network Security EngineerWe currently need a Network Security Engineer in our Global Enterprise Division. This position will integrate the Network Services organization, providing security services to the various operating companies. You will be responsible for implementing and operating Network Security for projects and day-to-day operations to all locations worldwide.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesThis position will carryover the following activities as part of the Network Services team:Configure, administer, and document firewall infrastructure, working with Cisco ASA, FTD, FMC and CDO technology. Manage the firewall deployment, rules migrations, and firewall administration. Responsible for converting existing rule base onto new platforms. In depth knowledge and certifications on Cisco (required) and Palo Alto (desired). Thoroughly familiar with Cisco models, capabilities, and architectures Fully versed in the syntax of security platforms, and rule verification Engineering experience designing and deploying large scale LAN/WAN networks Ensure that notification is sent to all Stakeholders for required changes/upgrades Represent the changes at the weekly change review meetings and update network diagrams and all other applicable documents. RequirementsAt least 5 years experience deploying, configuring, and administering Cisco firewalls.Cisco firewall, Cisco IPS, Cisco ACS and Cisco ISE Experience Hands on experience with network protocols ( EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, RIP, VLAN, TCP/IP, etc). Experience securing a large inter network establishing and enforcing policies and monitoring access. CCSP or higher preferred. Experience in managing site-to-site and remote access VPNs.Experience in resolving network connectivity failures.Must have excellent understanding of networking at all layers of the OSI model.Must be comfortable in reading packet captures (wireshark/pcap).Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated success in managing, analyzing and solving complex network issuesExperience in managing network and security technologies. Skill set Cisco firewall, Cisco IPS, Cisco ACS and Cisco ISE ExperienceVPN,EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, RIP, VLAN, TCP/IP, etc deploying, configuring, and administering Cisco firewalls
